Can you please describe your online ordering process for Cristaff® designs that are available and ready for purchase today for wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery?
Ordering wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery from Cristaff is easy and the process begins when you select a design and make an online purchase at Cristaff.com. The process can be summarized as follows:
    1. Select a design style that inspires you and make an online purchase.
    2. After submitting your online purchase a Cristaff Creative Consultant will contact you to confirm your order and to begin the design process.
    3. After the initial design is complete a proof of all of the elements of your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery will be provided to you in a PDF format.
    4. After you have reviewed your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery you may request any revisions that need to be made. Your Cristaff Creative Consultant will make the revisions and provide new proofs in a PDF format for you to review.
    5. Only after you are completely satisfied with your final proof, and your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery is exactly the way you want it to be, will your Cristaff Creative Consultant e-mail to you a final approval clearance request for you to sign (electronically). You will be asked to approve your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery for production.
    6. After receiving your final approval clearance Cristaff will produce your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery.
    7. Your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery is shipped to you. Shipping fees are not included as part of your stationery purchase and will be charged when your order is ready to ship. Cristaff will contact you for your shipping preferences and payment information.


Can you please describe your online ordering process for new and original custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery?
The process begins when you submit the online correspondence request form for custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery. The online correspondence form helps us understand your wishes, desires, and inspiration regarding your custom stationery. The process can be summarized as follows:
    1. Complete and submit the online correspondence form for custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery.
    2. After submitting your online correspondence form a Cristaff Creative Consultant will contact you to schedule an initial consultation. After the consultation, and with your approval, we will charge a design fee to your credit card and begin the design process. The design fee covers the time and materials used in preparing two original designs for your stationery. This fee is non-refundable. The design fee will vary depending upon how many different stationery elements will comprise your order. For example, the design fee for custom wedding stationery comprised of many different elements (e.g., invitation, reception card, RSVP, thank-you card, etc.) will be higher than the design fee for personalized stationery writing paper. We will proactively share the design fee with you.
    3. After the initial two original designs are complete a proof of all of the elements of your custom stationery will be provided to you in a PDF format. At that time we will also provide to you the total cost to produce your custom stationery order. The cost to produce the custom stationery is separate from the design fee.
    4. After you have reviewed your custom stationery design you may request any revisions that need to be made. Your Cristaff Creative Consultant will make the revisions and provide new proofs in a PDF format for you to review.
    5. Only after you are completely satisfied with your final proof, and your custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery is exactly the way you want it to be, will your Cristaff Creative Consultant e-mail to you a final approval clearance request for you to sign (electronically). You will be asked to approve your custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery for production.
    6. After Cristaff receives your final approval clearance it will charge your credit card the full cost to produce your custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery and begin production.
    7. Your custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery is shipped to you. Shipping fees are not included as part of your stationery purchase and will be charged when your order is ready to ship. Cristaff will contact you for your shipping preferences and payment information.
    8. Cristaff owns and maintains exclusive rights to any and all of its design work.


What is the difference between customized stationery for Cristaff designs that are available and ready for purchase today and custom stationery?
Customized stationery for Cristaff designs that are available and ready for purchase today makes use of an existing Cristaff design and incorporates your preferences for layout style, color palette, wording, font style, and font color. Custom stationery is an entirely new and original design that Cristaff will create from scratch for you in addition to your preferences for color palette, wording, font style, and font color. Cristaff owns and maintains exclusive rights to any and all of its design work.


I would like to see samples of your stationery products before I make a purchase, is this possible?
Yes, this is possible for wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery. However, please note that samples are not available in any and all layout styles, color palettes, font styles, and font colors; there is a limited range of sample styles and colors that Cristaff can offer. There is a cost for the purchase of sample stationery, and the cost for the purchase of a stationery sample will be deducted from your future wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery order; if you do not make a future stationery purchase then you do not recoup your cost for the purchase of a stationery sample, and there are no refunds for a stationery sample. You can purchase up to a maximum of one wedding stationery sample set, one party and event stationery sample set, or one personalized stationery sample set. I’ve heard that computer monitors and printers cannot accurately display the true color of stationery products, is this true?
It is true that computer monitors or printers cannot accurately display the true color of Cristaff products so please use product photos and color palette choices only as a guide for evaluating color.


Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we welcome international orders. Shipping fees, any customs fees, and any local taxes are paid by the customer and will be charged to a customer’s credit card before product shipment where applicable.


Can I create my own wording for my wedding stationery?
Yes. Always feel free to listen to your heart and follow your own desires and preferences. Cristaff will help you realize your vision.


Can Cristaff help me with the wording for my wedding stationery?
Cristaff has worked hard in order to help simplify the stationery development process for you. An Etiquette, Verses, & Planning Guide is available for purchase. The cost for the purchase of Etiquette, Verses, & Planning Guide will be deducted from your future wedding stationery order; if you do not make a future wedding stationery purchase then you do not recoup the cost for your purchase of the Etiquette, Verses, & Planning Guide. I have chosen a unique set of colors for my wedding, can you accept my special colors for your wedding stationery products?
This would be considered a custom order. Please consult the information in this FAQ regarding custom orders.


Will I be able to review what my stationery looks like before it is printed?
There is a comprehensive review process before Cristaff produces any customized or custom stationery. In fact, it is only through your review of your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery proofs that we get to the final approval stage. Then, and only then, after Cristaff receives your explicit final approval clearance to begin producing your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery will this commence.


How do I approve my design after I receive my proof so that Cristaff may begin to produce my stationery?
Only after you are completely satisfied with your final proof, and your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery is exactly the way you want it to be, will your Cristaff Creative Consultant e-mail to you a final approval clearance request for you to sign (electronically). You will be asked to approve your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery for production. Only after Cristaff receives your explicit final approval clearance to begin producing your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery will this commence.


For how long can I continue to make changes to my wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery?
Design changes, layout changes, color changes, wording changes, font style changes, or font color changes can be made up until the time you give your final approval clearance for your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery. After you have given your final approval Cristaff will begin producing your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery and so no changes will be accepted. If at any point after you have given your final approval clearance you desire any changes then you would need to make an entirely new purchase; this will require you to submit a new order and to pay full costs for the new order.

Will I receive the exact number of wedding invitations that I ordered?
Yes, you will receive the exact number of wedding invitations that you order. Therefore, it is important that you order enough extra invitations to allow for last-minute additions to your guest list and to serve as wedding mementos for the couple, the parents of the bride and groom, etc.


I have received my stationery order, but now I realize I need more quantity. Can you print a few additional quantity for me?
If your stationery printing is already complete and you then want Cristaff to print some additional quantity it is important to understand that there would significant costs in doing so because of printer equipment setup costs and labor fees for this new printing in addition to product costs. Cristaff cannot stress enough that this situation should be avoided. It is very important that you order enough extra stationery to allow for last-minute additions to your guest list and for weddings to serve as mementos for the couple, the parents of the bride and groom, etc.


How long does it take from the time I give my final approval clearance for production of my wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery until I receive it?
In addition to the production time for your stationery there are factors that can affect how long this takes, such as ground shipping versus overnight delivery, the need to clear customs due to international shipping, etc.; however, you should generally receive your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery within two weeks after giving your final approval clearance for production.


Are shipping fees included as part of the stationery cost?
Shipping fees are not included as part of the stationery cost. Shipping fees are separate from the stationery cost and will be charged to a customer’s credit card at the time that the order is ready to ship.


How does Cristaff ship its stationery?
Cristaff uses FedEx for its shipping. Your signature is needed in order to receive your stationery delivery. Cristaff is not responsible for your stationery package if you have a signature release form on file with FedEx that allows for packages to be released without a signature. Since a signature is required Cristaff cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.


What happens if my stationery is damaged, lost, or stolen after Cristaff has delivered it to the shipping carrier?
All items purchased from Cristaff are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon Cristaff's delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any claims with shipping carriers for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. Please consult the Terms of Service web page at Cristaff.com.


What methods of payment may I use to pay for my Cristaff stationery?
Cristaff.com accepts all major credit cards (e.g., American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, etc.).


I am concerned about using my credit card online, how do I know that it is safe?
The Cristaff.com web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. When you purchase products through our web site all of your contact and credit card information is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and the secure protocol HTTPs. We use GeoTrust for our certificates.


Can I return wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery?
After you have given your final approval clearance Cristaff will begin to produce your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery, and therefore wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery products cannot be canceled or refunded after you have given your final approval clearance.


What if I find an error on my wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery?
If you find an error after receiving your wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery, and this error was apparent on your final proof that you had approved then it is your responsibility and not that of Cristaff. If you need a reprint it can be done relatively quickly but it will require you to resubmit your order and to pay in full again. If an order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our Cristaff staff after your final approval clearance then we will reprint it at no cost to you.


Can I return stationery products that are not personalized, not customized, or not custom?
Cristaff will accept returns for products that are not personalized, not customized, or not custom up to 30 days from delivery date. If you should wish to return or exchange an item for any reason please go to our Contact Cristaff web page and submit your refund request via the online correspondence form. A customer service staff member will give you an address and a Return Authorization Number for your return or exchange. The item or items must be in its original packaging, in its original box, and have a copy of the packing slip included for proper credit or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns, except when products are defective or were shipped in error in the first place. We recommend that you insure any return package and that you keep the shipping receipt and tracking number on hand until your credit is issued. Any product or products being returned or exchanged must arrive with absolutely no damage and in their full entirety with all parts, pieces, components, items, and elements that were originally shipped to you. Once we receive your return package we will inspect it carefully and decide if we accept it. If we accept the merchandise for a return then we will issue a credit to the credit card used to make the original purchase. If we do not accept the merchandise for a return then we will send it back to the sender.


For new and original custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery that Cristaff creates from scratch, when do I pay the cost to produce the stationery?
Custom wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery costs include a design fee in addition to the cost to produce the wedding stationery, party and event stationery, or personalized stationery. There are several important steps between the initial consultation and when Cristaff asks you to approve your custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery for production; however, it is only after Cristaff receives your explicit final approval clearance that we will charge your credit card the cost to produce your custom wedding stationery, custom party and event stationery, or custom personalized stationery.


I am getting married very soon and I do not have the luxury of time on my side. I would need a rush job for my stationery, can you support this?
Please go to our Contact Cristaff web page and send us a message describing your wedding timeline using our online correspondence form. From your timeline information we can better understand and evaluate if we can support your request. There will be a rush fee for any rush order.


Can I receive my envelopes early so that I can begin to address them?
Customers that order pocket folds: If requested, we can send to you the pocket folds and the outer envelopes after the pocket folds have been produced and the outer envelopes have been printed with your return address. Shipping fees for sending the pocket folds and outer envelopes early are paid by the customer and will be charged to a customer’s credit card before shipment.

All other customers: If requested, we can send to you the inner and outer envelopes after the outer envelopes have been printed with your return address. Shipping fees for sending the envelopes early are paid by the customer and will be charged to a customer’s credit card before shipment.


Can I address my envelopes by printing them on my printer at home or at my office?
Cristaff uses premium papers for its stationery that is not suitable for home or office printers. Printing addresses on your envelopes on your home or office printer may result in damaging both the printer and the stationery itself. Do not try this.


How do I learn more about the terms and conditions of the products and services that Cristaff offers?
